Shipping & Returns


All parcels are posted using the Australia Post network.  Tracking is provided with each parcel, and delivery times are usually within 5 - 7 business days.  Please note, Australia Post are experiencing delays in post due to Coronavirus impacts. 

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.


All orders are carefully packed and marked with Fragile tape on posting. In the case of a damaged delivery, please email within 1 business day of receiving your item with a photograph of damaged goods in original packing. 

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in new condition, candles cannot have been lit and tamper sealed lids cannot be opened (Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any change of mind returns. Please note, if items returned are damaged or not in new condition we cannot issue a refund. They must be in condition fit for resale
