We use Australia Post, who post nation wide. Tracking details are provided with each order for easy tracing.
Usually between 3 - 7 business days, however due to COVID-19 restrictions some parcels are taking a little longer than usual right now.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
All orders are carefully packed and marked with Fragile tape on posting. In the case of a damaged delivery, please email within 1 business day of receiving your item with a photograph of damaged goods in original packing. .
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns. We are happy to exchange and this must be done within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in new condition, candles cannot have been lit and tamper sealed lids cannot be opened (Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any change of mind exchanges. Please note, if items returned are damaged or not in new condition we cannot issue a refund.
